  Phoned them on a Saturday to have my skeg welded and said I wanted to get it back the following Friday. They quoted me a decent price, wrote up a work order and said it would be ready for next Friday. Dropped it off Sunday and put it beside the only other boat that was there. Phone Monday and they have no idea what I am talking about. They find the work order and said they are not sure when it will be ready. Phone Wed. and not sure when it will be ready and will call me back. They don't phone back, of course, so I call again to see to see if it will be ready Friday, but they don't know who I am. They pull the work order and say it might be ready for Friday. I phone Friday and they say they will do it first thing Saturday.

  Stay away and pay heed to these reviews. They really don't give a damn about you and btw they never did phone me back to ask me what happened. Justin the owner couldn't care less.

  Got totally hosed by these crooks today. Brought 2 sleds in for a 180.00 tune up and ended up paying a 1000.00, and they wanted thousands more. When I questioned the parts installed the lady got totally flustered and ruder by the minute because she had no clue why the work was done. Every excuse was unjustified. I kept my cool until I realized they were cheating me and the juvenile behind the counter was almost losing her breath. They might have gotten away with it had I not asked to see the old belt and saw it was in perfect condition. Careful with these guys, unless you've got a bank account that doesn't care about being robbed

  After asking them to take it of their shop so I can go on a fishing trip, I pick it up on Friday night and get my boat the hell away from this shoddy, no customer service company.
